We’re looking for an Account Management Intern to join Punt Create specifically on the social media side of things. If you live on the internet and you’ve always wondered what goes on behind a brand’s Instagram, this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

- Keep the content calendar running. You’ll help plan, schedule, and post daily content across the brands you’re assigned to, to make sure everything goes up on time, on brand, and without last-minute chaos.

- Be the bridge between us and the creator world. You’ll coordinate with influencer agencies and creators, share briefs, align on content requirements and follow up on deliverables

- Keep internal teams in sync. You’ll work closely with our creative teams to get things made, reviewed, and approved without things getting stuck in someone’s inbox.

- Watch how the content performs.



You’ll track how posts are doing across platforms and help put together monthly performance reports

You’re probably a fit if

- You’ve recently graduated (mass comm, marketing, media)
- You’re on social media enough to notice when a brand is doing it well and when it isn’t
- You’re organised and follow through
- You can communicate clearly, whether that’s briefing a creator or chasing an approval
- You’re proactive :)

You’ll be working alongside our account management team, getting a front-row seat to how a creative agency actually runs (how we talk to clients, how we brief creative teams, how we keep a dozen things moving at the same time)
