Are you an experienced accounting leader who knows U.S. GAAP well and enjoys leading a team? This could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

✅ Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 accounting professionals

✅ Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients

✅ Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes

✅ Review financial statements, reconciliations and journal entries

✅ Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and quality checks

✅ Report on team performance, capacity and risks to leadership

What you’ll need:

? Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field

? 7–10 years in U.S. accounting, with 2–3 years managing people

? Experience in outsourcing, shared services or client delivery

? QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite or other major ERPs

? Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

?️ Excellent written and spoken English

- Nice to have: U.S. CPA, CMA or ACCA, plus audit coordination and process automation experience.
