Role Summary: Assistant Director – Finance & Accounts for a private university at Sri City. Reports to the CFO and leads a team of 8–10 across procure-to-pay, student fee accounting, taxation, treasury, MIS and audit. The role will also drive the ongoing ERP upgrade and strengthen internal controls.
Must-have
CA with 6–9 years post-qualification experience
Minimum 3 years managing a team of 5 or more
5+ years of experience in University/ Non profit Organizations.
Hands-on GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance
Month-end closing, reconciliations and MIS reporting
Working experience on an ERP (SAP / Zoho) and advanced Excel
Skills Required
