Business Intelligence, Chargebacks & Policy Product Manager, Reporting

What You Will Do

Do you enjoy building reporting products that make expense decisions clearer, faster, and more consistent? Join PFI Innovation Centre India as a BI, Chargebacks & Policy Product Manager, Reporting. You will lead the delivery and continuous enhancement of Expense Management reporting products, business-intelligence capabilities, chargeback operations, and expense policy governance.

The role is based in India and reports to the Director, Expense Management; the employee work arrangement will be confirmed during the hiring process.

What You Can Expect





- Lead knowledge transfer, dual-run, and stabilization of the expense processes transitioning to PFI Innovation Centre India, stabilizing, and continuously improving.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and manage testing, implementation, backlog, and release activities.
- Gather end-user feedback to prioritize and implement enhancements to reporting products.
- Support chargeback delivery, cost allocations, exception governance, and issue resolution.
- Lead the expense-policy lifecycle process through governance insights and standardized accounting & reporting.
- Coordinate with Newark Expense Consolidation stakeholders to strengthen close controls, functional alignment, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

- Experience managing reporting or analytics products, including requirements, backlog, testing, implementation, and release management.
- Strong business intelligence, analytics, and process-design capabilities.
- Experience with chargeback operations, management accounting, cost allocation, or hierarchy governance.
- Knowledge of financial controls, risk, compliance, and policy-governance practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and deliver through agile ways of working.
- Experience designing governance processes and standardizing reporting or close activities.
- Ability to convert complex allocation, policy, and reporting topics into clear decision-making insights.
- Experience working across global, functionally aligned, and matrixed teams.

What will set you apart?

- Experience supporting enterprise expense management or finance-reporting products.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or comparable platforms.
- Experience transitioning finance processes into a GCC, shared services, or global delivery setting and stabilizing them to steady state.
- Experience leading, coaching, and talent development.
