Agrawal Tech Pro (ATP) supplies EV products and electric mobility solutions — lithium batteries, chargers, e-bike/e-rickshaw components and fleet solutions — to dealers, distributors, fleet operators and businesses across India. We're expanding in Delhi NCR and are hiring a driven Business Development Executive based in Gurugram.

Role Overview

You will own recent business in Gurugram and the wider NCR market — finding, pitching and closing B2B accounts for our EV product range.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect B2B leads: EV dealers, distributors, battery/charger resellers, e-rickshaw and e-bike fleet operators, last-mile delivery companies and corporates
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and industry events
- Pitch ATP's products, prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms
- Convert leads into dealer/distributor partnerships and recurring wholesale orders
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update the CRM daily
- Meet monthly targets for leads, meetings and revenue




- Track competitor pricing and market trends in the NCR EV segment
- Coordinate with operations for order fulfilment and after-sales support

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (EV, automotive, batteries, electricals or consumer durables is a strong plus)
- Good local network and market knowledge of Gurugram / Delhi NCR
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with field work; own two-wheeler preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
