Role Description The Client Servicing Intern role at RevSoc Digital is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support client-facing activities, including coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely communication and updates. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, assisting in campaign execution follow-ups, tracking deliverables, and helping resolve client queries in collaboration with internal teams.

The role also involves documenting client feedback, contributing to presentations,



and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Client-facing abilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building strong, professional relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information between clients and internal teams.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand client needs and support solutions that meet those needs.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist with billing queries, estimates, or project cost tracking.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital platforms.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
