Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence across all service lines. Based in Ahmedabad, this hybrid role combines on-site leadership with some flexibility for work-from-home as needed. The COO will design and implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and ensure consistent service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.

This role includes managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets and resource allocation, optimizing supply chain and logistics,



and using data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team on business planning, expansion initiatives, and technology adoption to support scalable, efficient, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic Operations Management to design, implement, and scale processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational and financial data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage costs, allocate resources, and support sustainable growth.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with effective communication and people management skills.
- Background in consumer services, retail, logistics, or related industries; experience in technology-enabled or app-based services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
