About TopCrop

TopCrop sources traced, tested natural ingredients like essential oils, herbs, spices and fruit and vegetable powders from farmer collectives across India and sells them to buyers worldwide. We're now building our direct-to-consumer business on marketplaces and online stores in the UK, USA, UAE and India.

About the role

You'll run the day-to-day operations behind our e-commerce business, making sure the right product is sourced, packed, labelled and shipped on time for every market. You'll work closely with the founder, our supplier partners and logistics providers. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes owning outcomes and wants to learn cross-border e-commerce from the ground up.

What you'll do

Procurement: plan stock and raise purchase orders with suppliers and partner farmer collectives; follow up on quality checks, lab reports and delivery timelines.

Packaging and labelling: coordinate with packaging vendors and make sure every SKU meets each market's labelling and compliance rules (FSSAI, UK, US and UAE).

Inventory and fulfilment: manage stock across warehouses and marketplace fulfilment programs (e.g. Amazon FBA), plan replenishment and prevent stock-outs.

Shipping and logistics:



book and track shipments with courier, freight and customs partners, and keep the paperwork in order.

Marketplace operations: keep listings, prices and stock up to date on Amazon and other channels, and handle order issues, returns and seller-account health.

Reporting: track orders, stock, costs and margins by market, and flag issues before they become problems.

What we're looking for

[0–2] years in e-commerce operations, supply chain, procurement or export-import (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).

Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling suppliers, vendors and deadlines.

Good with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

Clear written and spoken English; Odia or Hindi is a plus.

Nice to have: experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or marketplace fulfilment, or exposure to food or wellness product packaging and labelling.
