Job Title: International Recruiter

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates regarding international job opportunities and career pathways.
- Understand candidate profiles, career aspirations, and eligibility for overseas employment opportunities.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for international recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and global employers throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain consistent engagement.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments, applications, and closures, as applicable to the assigned process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up records, and recruitment updates in CRM systems.
- Provide candidates with relevant information about international job markets, visa procedures, and applicable migration requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely assistance.

Requirements





- Freshers or candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience can apply.
- Experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, tele calling, customer service, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Willingness to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
