Hiring: Legal Intern (Contract Drafting) at Drift Tech
We are looking for 1 sharp 4th-year law student to join us for a 3-month internship focused on commercial contract drafting and legal documentation.
If you want hands-on experience drafting real-world agreements—rather than just doing case research—you will be working directly with the founding team on client service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and SaaS/tech documentation.
Role Details:
- Position: Legal Intern (1 Opening)
- Eligibility: Currently in the 4th year of a 5-year law program
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 / month
- Mode: Remote
What you’ll do:
- Draft, review, and standardize client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
- Assist in structuring commercial terms and IP clauses for software and prototyping projects.
- Maintain and organize our internal contract templates and compliance checklists.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong foundational knowledge of the Indian Contract Act and commercial law.
- Transparent, precise legal drafting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to turn around drafts quickly and communicate clearly without heavy legalese.
