About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Operations professional to manage end-to-end leasing administration, client onboarding, billing, repayment monitoring, documentation validation, and operational reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lease administration, financial and operational data management, invoice processing, collections monitoring, and client coordination. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Credit, Finance, Operations, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient leasing operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

? Leasing Operations &

- Client Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, documentation collection, and validation.
- Maintain accurate client records, lease agreements, commercial documentation, and account information.
- Coordinate lease renewals, end-of-term communications, and account administration.
- Ensure documentation completeness, data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

? Billing, Repayments &

- Collections

- Monitor billing cycles, repayment schedules, interest invoicing, and payment status.
- Validate repayments, identify payment exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments to support timely recoveries.
- Address escalated repayment, billing, and account-related queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

? Financial Reconciliation &

- Data Analysis

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, irregularities, and process gaps.
- Coordinate with Credit, Finance,



and Operations teams to investigate and resolve exceptions.
- Validate invoices, billing records, payment entries, and account-level data.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records to support internal controls and reporting requirements.

? Documentation, Compliance &

- Audit Support

- Maintain lease documentation, insurance records, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Conduct or coordinate asset inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure documentation and operational records are maintained in line with internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete, accurate, and accessible records.

? Reporting &

- Process Improvement

- Maintain operational trackers, collection reports, billing schedules, and renewal records.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and reporting inputs for management review.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers to improve data accuracy, reporting transparency, and workflow monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.

? Stakeholder &

- Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Process vendor invoices, investigate billing discrepancies, and support timely resolution.
- Maintain clear and timely communication regarding payments, documentation,



renewals, and account-related matters.

Required Skills &

- Competencies

- Experience in leasing operations, lease administration, asset finance, equipment leasing, financial operations, or a related field.
- Understanding of lease documentation, billing cycles, repayment schedules, invoicing, and collections monitoring.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including trackers, reconciliations, and operational reporting.
- Robust documentation management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve exceptions, and meet operational deadlines.
- Knowledge of audit documentation, insurance compliance, and internal controls will be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in leasing, asset management, banking operations, or financial services will be preferred.
