Role Description This is a remote, contract role for Presales Telecallers focused on booking public speaking video sessions. In this role, the telecaller will contact prospective learners, parents, and institutions to introduce Fantastiqo’s public speaking video programs, explain key benefits, and address initial questions or concerns. The role includes qualifying leads, scheduling and confirming video sessions, maintaining accurate call and booking records, and following up to ensure attendance and satisfaction.

Telecallers will collaborate with the sales and academic teams to share feedback from calls, refine messaging,



and help improve outreach strategies. Consistent, professional communication and adherence to call targets and performance metrics are expected.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
- Experience in telecalling, presales, or customer outreach, preferably within education, training, or e-learning sectors.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain program features, handle objections, and encourage bookings.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or lead-tracking systems, and video-conferencing platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and accurate documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset, patience, and the ability to engage with learners, parents, and educators in a respectful manner.
- High level of reliability, self-motivation, and readiness to meet performance targets in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in education or public speaking training is an advantage; relevant certifications or coursework in communication or sales are beneficial.
