Role Description The Production Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating daily production activities for crane and hoist manufacturing, ensuring that schedules, resources, and materials are aligned with delivery commitments.

The Production

Specialist monitors production workflows, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports shop-floor execution to meet output and safety targets. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control measures, identifying process deviations,



and supporting corrective actions to uphold product standards.

The Production

Specialist also assists in production reporting, supports training of production staff on procedures and best practices, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control capabilities to monitor processes, inspect outputs, and support compliance with product standards.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding and skill development of production personnel.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production, preferably in material handling equipment or heavy engineering.
- Understanding of safety standards, lean manufacturing principles, and basic production metrics.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
