We’re hiring experienced Quality Leads for an exciting, short-term contract opportunity supporting AI training and data quality projects.

Role: Quality Lead

Location: USA, India & Brazil (country-specific eligibility requirements apply)

Experience: 3–5 years

Contract Duration: 16 weeks

Open Positions: 53

Compensation: $14–$16 USD per hour

Start Date: Immediate

Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 weekdays off

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring QA reviewers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in quality assurance, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Availability to work weekends when required, with two weekdays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA reviewers and manage audit and review queues.
- Review samples of annotated data and evaluate reviewer decisions for accuracy and consistency.
- Provide clear, actionable, and consistent feedback to improve quality.




- Conduct office hours and clarify project guidelines for annotators and reviewers.
- Monitor quality scores, identify error trends, and track reviewer performance.
- Train new reviewers on project guidelines, tools, and review processes.
- Escalate recurring quality issues and unclear guidelines to senior leadership.
- Ensure reviews are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of overall work experience, including at least 1 year in a reviewer leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and feedback capabilities.
- Ability to interpret detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Previous experience in QA, data annotation, data labeling, or AI training projects is an advantage.

Work Schedule & Contract Details
- Fully remote, project-based contract.
- Duration of 16 weeks.
- Five working days per week, including weekends as required.
- Two weekdays off per week.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
- Hourly compensation: $14–$16 USD, subject to applicable eligibility and project terms.
