? We’re Hiring – SEO Team Lead

Analytics Insight is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and lead a team of SEO professionals. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO, along with proven leadership and project management skills.

- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

2. On-Page SEO

- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and targets relevant keywords.

3. Technical SEO

- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content, and broken links.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.

4. Off-Page SEO

- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns.




- Monitor backlink quality and address harmful links when necessary.
- Build partnerships and identify opportunities to improve domain authority.

5. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Executives and Analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Establish individual and team KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Content, Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
- Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring SEO teams.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with website architecture.
- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
