- Live Streaming Executive to manage YouTube channel operations, OBS-based live streaming, and live educational classes on both YouTube and the PrepLadder learning app. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth live sessions, managing streaming setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with educators and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- YouTube Channel Management: Handle video uploads, titles, descriptions, playlists, scheduling, thumbnails, and other YouTube Studio operations.
- YouTube Live Streaming: Set up, operate, schedule, and monitor live sessions on YouTube.
- In-App Live Classes: Manage and monitor live educational sessions on the PrepLadder app, ensuring smooth delivery and resolving technical issues.
- OBS Studio Operations: Configure scenes, audio/video sources, overlays, screen sharing, presentations, and streaming settings.
- Live Streaming Setup: Manage cameras, microphones, audio interfaces, lighting, internet connectivity, and other streaming equipment as required.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve audio, video, connectivity, and streaming issues across YouTube and in-app live platforms.
- Team Coordination: Maintain daily communication with educators, the technical team, and the video production team to ensure seamless execution of live classes.
- Pre-Live Checks:



Verify streaming configurations, audio/video quality, presentations, and connectivity before every session.
- Recording &
- Archiving:

Manage local recordings, verify file quality, and ensure recordings are properly saved and handed over to the concerned teams.
- Live Session Monitoring: Monitor stream stability and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues during ongoing classes.

Required Skills &
- Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in live streaming, YouTube operations, or broadcast production.
- Strong hands-on experience with OBS Studio and YouTube Live.
- Familiarity with in-app live streaming platforms and their operational workflows.
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio, channel management, video publishing, and scheduling.
- Understanding of cameras, microphones, audio/video workflows, and live streaming equipment.
- Robust technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive English communication skills; proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with educators and cross-functional teams.
