Role Objective:

As the State Head for Uttar Pradesh, you will drive profitable business growth and develop a sustainable market for our wine portfolio across the state. This will be achieved through strategic distribution expansion, market penetration, building strong trade relationships, and executing effective commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Growth

· Achieve state sales, revenue, market share,



and profitability targets in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

· Develop territory-wise growth plans, identify new business opportunities, and proactively address sales gaps.

2. Distribution & Market Development

· Build and manage an effective distributor network while continuously expanding market coverage.

· Drive outlet penetration, secondary sales, product availability, and brand visibility across UP.

· Systematically monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and overall market productivity.

3. P&L;, Trade Schemes & Budgeting

· Develop state-level P&L; plans and budgets covering revenue, trade schemes, operating expenses, and profitability.

· Manage trade schemes, pricing, and commercial spends within approved budgets; evaluate ROI to protect business margins.

4. Credit Control & Collections

· Ensure timely collections and strict adherence to approved credit limits and
