EALKAY is a business consulting firm. We advise founders and enterprises on strategy, finance, legal and technology. We started six years ago with two people in a 70 sq ft room. Today we are 30+ people serving 35+ clients.

Why this role exists
You will run social media for 6 to 10 brands at the same time. Some are EALKAY's own brands. Most are client brands across very different fields: a restaurant, a manufacturer, a doctor, a SaaS product, and senior business leaders.
Each brand needs its own voice, plan and results. You will be the person who keeps all of them on track, on time and on brand. You will work closely with the founder, our consultants, client teams and our in-house creative team of 2 graphic designers and 3 motion graphics artists.

- Build a social media plan for each brand: goals, audience, platforms, content themes and posting rhythm.
