4–12 Years Function: Solution Architecture / Technical Pre-Sales Focus: Solution Architecture | Cloud Migration CTC – As per Industry Standards Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with robust expertise in cloud infrastructure, private cloud platforms, enterprise networking, storage, and complex migrations, particularly migrating workloads from AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP to on-premises private cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead customer discovery, technical workshops, solution presentations, and infrastructure assessments.
• Design private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions using OpenStack/RHOSP, VMware, Proxmox, AWS, and Azure.
• Architect compute, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Design and plan complex cloud repatriation projects from AWS, Azure, and GCP to on-premises private cloud platforms.
• Assess workloads, application dependencies, cloud-native services, data migration requirements, and target infrastructure capacity.
• Develop migration strategies, workload mapping, migration waves, cutover plans, rollback procedures, and downtime mitigation approaches.
• Prepare HLDs, LLDs, BOMs, SOWs, infrastructure sizing, effort estimates, and technical-commercial proposals.
• Design enterprise networking and security solutions involving Fortinet, Check Point, BGP, multi-site data centers, and colocation.
• Leverage Ansible,



Terraform, scripting, and automation for infrastructure provisioning and migration.
• Identify technical risks, cost implications, licensing requirements, and delivery dependencies before commercial commitments.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth project handover. Required Technical Skills
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, OpenStack/RHOSP, VMware, Proxmox.
• Cloud Migration: Public cloud to on-premises private cloud, workload repatriation, application and database migration, storage migration, and data center consolidation.
• Networking & Security: Fortinet, Check Point, BGP, routing, VPN, firewalls, and multi-site connectivity.
• Storage & DR: NetApp, HPE, Dell, SAN/NAS, backup, replication, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Automation & Containers: Terraform, Ansible, scripting, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Emerging Technologies: GPU infrastructure, AI workloads, and high-performance computing. Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in a cloud service provider, managed service provider, hosting company, system integrator, or enterprise IT organization.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, infrastructure sizing, technical proposals, and customer-facing engagements.
• Hands-on or solution-design experience with complex cloud migrations, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP to on-premises private cloud.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, RHCE, CCNP, VMware, Kubernetes, or ITIL are preferred.
