Senior E3 Position
• Hands-on CUCM/CUC/IMP administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience on Webex and Control Hub.
• Oracle SBC, Voice Gateway, and Robust SIP troubleshooting
• Exposure to large enterprise Voice (on-prem / Cloud) environments
• Experience working with Cisco TAC and escalations
• Understanding on VMware ESXi and Virtualizations.
• Experience on Wireshark/log tracking and QoS analyzing
• Experience on migrations or upgrade
• Cloud technology exposure on Zoom and Entra ID
