Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and implement social media optimization (SMO) strategies to improve reach and conversions. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams, responding to audience interactions, managing social media calendars, and coordinating visual and written content.



The role also involves staying current with social media trends, proposing new ideas, and supporting broader marketing and branding initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Explicit and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Content strategy and writing skills to plan, create, and adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and basic data interpretation to track performance and optimize social media activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred; agency experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is beneficial.
