Telecalling & Wellness Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development
Location:
Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full time
Experience:
1–3 years preferred Premium wellness and holistic healthcare destination offering naturopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, physiotherapy, wellness therapies, and personalised rejuvenation programmes. We are looking for a target-driven, confident, and customer-focused professional who can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and build strong referral partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle leads from Meta Ads, Google, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their wellness requirements, and recommend suitable packages.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups and sales conversations.
• Build referral partnerships with yoga practitioners, fitness trainers, physiotherapists, wellness coaches, gyms, and residential societies.
• Maintain accurate lead records, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, customer queries, and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily sales reports. Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead conversion, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi is preferred.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, or premium service sales will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.
