Role Description The Human Resource Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations in an on-site, full-time role based in Saraswati Vihar. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and helping implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. The Human Resource Executive will coordinate training and development initiatives, assist with payroll and attendance coordination, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.



Collaboration with management and team leads to support workforce planning and a positive workplace culture is an integral part of this role. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, process implementation, and compliance.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to foster a fair, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software or HRIS tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices; prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is preferred.
