16-20 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), and service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead financial analytics initiatives, manage service-line profitability, and partner with client finance leaders to deliver actionable insights. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare costing, reimbursement, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Own service-line profitability, cost, budget, variance, and forecasting analytics.
• Establish financial data models, reconciliations, KPI definitions, and reporting controls.
• Partner with client finance leaders on insight requirements and decision-support products.
• Lead financial domain specialists, analysts, data engineers, and BI professionals.
• Maintain transparent boundaries from statutory accounting and transactional finance unless contracted. Experience And Capability Requirements
• 15+ years in healthcare finance, FP&A;, financial analytics, or provider decision support.
• Strong grasp of healthcare costing, reimbursement, profitability, and planning.




• Experience leading analytics teams and executive finance stakeholders.

• Experience with Business Impact Analysis and data visualization.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus. Service Delivery, Predictive Analytics, FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources protocol)
