Gurugram (on-site) Duration: 3 months Type: Internship, open to currently enrolled college students only About The Proteinest The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand and retention rather than ad spend. Our community is a big part of that, and we are building it from the ground up. The Role We are looking for a Community Intern to help us build a real group of people around The Proteinest, made up of gym-goers, runners, athletes & everyday people who care about eating better. You will talk to our customers, run community activities and make sure people feel part of something, not just on a mailing list. This is a hands-on role. You will own real pieces of the community from the first week, and your ideas will actually get used. What You’ll Work On
• Engage with our community on Instagram, WhatsApp & other channels every day.
• Reply to comments, DMs & customer queries in a friendly, on-brand way.
• Plan and run community activities such as challenges, giveaways, meetups & events.
• Collect customer stories, feedback & testimonials,



and turn them into content.
• Find and connect with fitness creators, athletes & campus communities.
• Track what is working and bring us ideas on what to try next. Who Can Apply This internship is only for students currently enrolled in a college or university, in any year & any stream. Recent graduates and working professionals are not eligible for this role. What We’re Looking For
• Warm, transparent communication, in writing and in person.
• You enjoy talking to people and building groups, and you know how online communities work.
• Active on social media and aware of what is trending.
• Organised, and you follow through on what you start.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster.
• Available for 3 months, on-site in Gurugram. Nice to Have
• Experience running or helping with a college club, society, fest or online group.
• Interest in fitness, nutrition, sports, or wellness.
• Basic content skills, such as writing captions or making simple reels.
