Role Description The Project Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Assam, India. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing software development and security consulting projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. Day-to-day tasks include planning project activities, monitoring progress, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between technical teams, trainers, and external stakeholders. The Project Executive will help align project deliverables with organizational goals,



support resource allocation, and assist in risk identification and mitigation. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting documentation, and maintaining a professional, collaborative environment. Qualifications
• Ability to manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Skills in communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship handling, with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of software development, web and mobile technologies, and IT security concepts to work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and use of productivity or project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business management, or a related field; relevant internships or experience in project coordination are preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Assam, India, with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn from technical and academic experts.
• Exposure to training or education-focused projects, or interest in domains such as cybersecurity, data analytics, or AI, is an advantage.
