Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Automation Engineer role based in Patna. The AI Automation Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to optimize business workflows and process efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, integrating AI tools with existing systems, configuring process control logic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable automation architectures. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, improving system reliability,



and supporting ongoing enhancements to robotics and automation systems used in client environments. The engineer will also document solutions, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of SuperSquare’s automation frameworks and best practices. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Automation and Process Control for designing and optimizing end-to-end automated workflows.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Robotics for integrating hardware, control systems, and AI-based automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex automation and AI system issues to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime.
• Experience with AI/ML tools, scripting or programming (e.g., Python), and integration of APIs or RPA platforms.
• Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document system designs clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, version control, and basic cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.
