The role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to own sales end-to-end across our multiple revenue verticals: Academy (courses and certifications), Amplify (B2B corporate programs), and Equipment (gym fit-outs and hardware). You build and run the sales engine across these verticals, own revenue numbers and conversion, and lead the team.

What we need

- Someone who has personally owned a sales number (revenue or quota) and can show it.
- Multi-vertical or multi-product sales experience; B2B and B2C both valued.
- You build funnels and pipelines — you don't wait for leads.
- Numbers-first: pipeline, conversion, collections — you talk in data.
- Six-day, fully onsite at our Sector 9 Noida office. Apply only if this works for you.
