About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Senior Electrical Engineer to manage electrical maintenance and operations at our warehouse facility in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, positive communication skills, and excellent team management abilities.

This is a warehouse-based position and does not involve field work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical maintenance and ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse electrical systems.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting, power distribution systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Identify electrical faults and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations, facility management, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, inspection reports,



and relevant documentation.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in warehouses, industrial facilities, or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and managerial skills.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a safety-oriented mindset.
