5-10 years of recruiting experience; agency experience preferred ay least two years of IT Staffing full lifecycle recruitment

Seasoned IT Recruiter with Experience in Life Insurance, Java, Data Engineers, AWS, Dynamics 365, Mainframe, SAP ETC.

Proven track record of 4 placements monthly.

5+years of technical recruiting Outstanding customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency Ability to understand required skills/experience/target profile, develop job descriptions and screening criteria Internet search/sourcing skills

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Strong working knowledge in recruiting consultants offshore. Using Portals, 3Social media, vendor list, client contacts and Networking.
