Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director – RMG to lead enterprise-wide resource management, workforce planning, utilization, and deployment. The role will focus on aligning resource capacity with business demand, optimizing utilization, minimizing bench costs, and enabling business growth.

1. 20+ years in IT services,



with demonstrated leadership in global resource management, workforce planning, utilization, and stakeholder management across multiple geographies.
2. Drive global demand-supply forecasting aligned with business growth, sales pipeline, and project requirements.
3. Optimize resource utilization, billability, workforce productivity, and deployment efficiency.
4. Oversee resource allocation, mobilization, roll-offs, and redeployment across global teams.
5. Develop strategies to optimize bench strength, minimize bench aging, and control workforce costs.
6. Partner with Global Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance teams to align staffing and hiring priorities.
7. Establish standardized global RMG processes, governance frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics.
8. Drive cross-geography resource sharing, skills mapping, workforce mobility, and capacity optimization.
9. Lead global RMG teams and provide executive leadership with insights into utilization, resource availability, staffing risks, and workforce costs.
