Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing security operations at client locations. This role includes supervising security guards, planning duty rosters, monitoring access control and visitor management, and ensuring proper patrolling and incident reporting.

The Security

Supervisor conducts site risk reviews, coordinates with client representatives,



and ensures adherence to company security procedures and compliance standards. Daily tasks involve training and briefing security staff, handling escalations and emergencies, maintaining audit-ready records, and using technology tools such as attendance and patrol monitoring systems. The role also requires close collaboration with operations teams to support overall service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance monitoring of security guards.
- Candidates should possess Physical Security capabilities, such as understanding of access control, patrolling procedures, incident response, and risk assessment at sites.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with clients and internal teams, and briefing security staff.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and residents, ensuring a respectful and service-oriented approach.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, including documentation, compliance awareness, basic use of security technology, and maintenance of audit-ready records.
- Prior experience in security supervision, facility services, or related roles, preferably in commercial, industrial, or residential environments.
