The Opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven individual to join Kyver's Sales & Partnerships function and help us acquire customers, build strategic relationships, and grow our business.

This is a performance-driven opportunity where you earn 30% of the profit generated from every sale you bring to Kyver. There is no fixed salary; your earnings are directly linked to the business you generate.

You'll work closely with the founding team and have the freedom to build relationships, explore new markets, and contribute directly to Kyver's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential customers, including NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, and lending institutions.

Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.

Understand customer requirements and present Kyver's solutions effectively.

Manage the sales process from initial outreach and meetings to negotiations and deal closure.

Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and business opportunities.

- Strategic Partnerships

Establish relationships with fintech platforms, lending technology providers, and other ecosystem partners.

Identify partnership opportunities that can generate recurring business for Kyver.

Develop referral networks and explore mutually beneficial commercial arrangements.

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the lending ecosystem.

Research new customer segments and potential markets.

Identify opportunities to expand Kyver's reach across India's financial services industry.

Share customer feedback and market insights with the founding team.

Explore new sales channels and business development strategies.

Compensation Structure

Earn 30% of the profit generated from every sale you bring to Kyver.

Performance-based earnings: Your compensation grows with the business you generate.

No fixed salary: Earnings are linked directly to successful sales.

Direct founder collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and contribute to business strategy.

The definition of profit, eligible sales, payment timelines, and applicable terms will be mutually agreed upon before engagement.
