? We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist | 5–10 Years of Experience

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll reconciliation, salary registers, payslips, tax calculations, and payroll reports.
- Handle employee onboarding, salary revisions, full and final settlements, and payroll-related queries.
- Coordinate with client HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support payroll audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements.

- ? What We’re Looking For

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.
- Proven experience managing payroll for multiple clients, preferably in a payroll outsourcing or managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS & Payroll software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
