Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce platforms.

Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to improve campaign effectiveness.

Growth & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.

Budget & ROI Management: Manage advertising budgets efficiently, optimize spending, and improve customer acquisition performance.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends,



and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform developments, and emerging growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Practical experience in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Solid analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing metrics with business outcomes.

Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
