Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of wealth management and investment services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and includes coordinating client onboarding processes, supervising documentation and compliance, and streamlining workflows between advisory, back-office, and support teams. The role involves monitoring portfolio administration tasks, managing reporting schedules, and ensuring timely execution of operational activities related to trades, funds, and client accounts.

The Operations

Manager will also develop and implement process improvements, maintain operational controls and risk management practices,



and support leadership with operational data and insights. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and client experience is a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in financial services operations, such as portfolio administration, documentation management, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and operational metrics to support decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with advisory teams, support staff, and clients.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and investment or portfolio management software; ability to adapt to new systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in investment, wealth management, or financial services operations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a client-focused mindset, with readiness to work on-site in Vadodara.
