FTE Opportunity: Workday Integration Consultant – Workday Studio

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant for a FTE opportunity involving Workday HCM integrations, integration separation, and implementation activities .

Role: Workday Integration Consultant

Primary Skill: Workday Integration + Workday Studio

Domain: Workday HCM and HR Processes

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- Workday Integration and Workday Studio certification.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and HR processes.
- Good understanding of EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), CCW (Cloud Connect for Workers), Workday Studio, and XSLT, particularly from an impact analysis perspective.
- Experience assessing existing Workday integrations and identifying the changes required to separate integrations for NBCU and Sky.
- Hands-on experience modifying and developing integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and related integration technologies.
- Experience coordinating integrations related to Payroll, Benefits, and Identity Management.
- Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, fix defects, and perform data reconciliation.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor communication skills.
- Experience supporting cutover, go-live, and production integration monitoring.

Key Responsibilities





- Assess existing Workday integrations and identify the integrations and components that need to be separated for NBCU and Sky.
- Perform impact analysis on existing integrations and determine the required modifications.
- Modify existing integrations and build recent integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
- Coordinate integration activities across Payroll, Benefits, and Identity Management systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth integration delivery.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, identify defects, implement fixes, and validate integration outputs.
- Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production monitoring.
- Troubleshoot production integration failures and ensure timely resolution.

Important:

- This role requires strong expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Studio, along with a good understanding of Workday HCM processes, EIB, Core Connectors, and XSLT.
- Candidates should have experience in integration impact analysis, testing coordination, stakeholder management, and production support.
