About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented LinkedIn & Content Executive to manage LinkedIn profile growth for business leaders, shape their personal brands, and create high-quality content across platforms.

What You'll Do

LinkedIn Management & Engagement

- Manage LinkedIn profiles for brands & business leaders, keeping activity consistent and skilled
- Publish posts, manage job postings, send connection requests, respond to DMs, and engage through comments
- Identify relevant professionals and target audiences to build meaningful networks
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering impressions, engagement, follower growth, and content performance

Personal Branding & Strategy




- Audit profiles and recommend improvements to headlines, summaries, experience sections, and overall positioning
- Build personal branding strategies aligned with each leader's goals, expertise, and audience
- Lead topic ideation and content planning based on industry trends and audience interests

Content Writing

- Write LinkedIn posts in each leader's tone and voice
- Turn briefs, discussions, and research into insight-led content
- Write SEO-optimised blogs and website content based on keywords and search intent
- Write PR articles for clients

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years in content writing, LinkedIn management, or digital marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn profile management and personal branding
- A portfolio of LinkedIn posts
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and search intent
- Ability to adapt writing style across leaders, industries, and audiences
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
