Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Snowflake based data solutions. The role will guide technical teams and stakeholders through solution design, establish delivery standards, and ensure that the data platform is secure, scalable, well governed, and cost effective.

Key responsibilities

- Define Snowflake architecture and solution designs based on business, data, security, and operational requirements.
- Lead the design of data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, integration, and consumption patterns.
- Establish standards for data modeling, naming, development, testing, deployment, and platform operations.
- Advise on Snowflake features and approaches for workload management, performance, scalability, availability,



and cost optimization.
- Design security and governance controls, including role based access, data classification, masking, and auditability.
- Guide the selection and integration of ETL/ELT, orchestration, BI, and cloud services.
- Review solution designs and code, resolve complex technical issues, and support implementation and production readiness.
- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, client teams, and delivery partners; translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Mentor developers and consultants and promote consistent engineering practices.
- Contribute to estimates, technical proposals, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Required Skills And Experience

- Strong experience architecting, designing, and implementing Snowflake solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, SQL, data modeling, data integration, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing enterprise scale data platforms and migration or modernization solutions.
- Strong understanding of data security, access management, governance, and operational controls.
- Experience leading technical teams and engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to explain architectural decisions clearly and balance business needs with technical considerations.

Preferred

- Experience in banking, financial services, or the credit union sector.




- Knowledge of financial data domains such as deposits, lending, cards, payments, customer data, risk, or regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with banking security, privacy, audit, and data retention requirements.
- Experience with cloud platforms and common data integration, orchestration, and analytics tools.
