Cognibee Media is a content and technology company in Hyderabad, with a team of creatives, freelancers and technologists across Tales by Zoticus, ContentMonk and Pixxl Labs.

The role

We need an experienced HR professional who understands how creative teams work: shoots, deadlines, travel and freelancers. This is a flexible, part-time role, partly remote, with regular check-ins at our Hyderabad office.

What you'll do

- Run hiring for full-time staff and freelancers: job posts, screening and interviews
- Handle onboarding, offer letters and contracts, including freelancer agreements
- Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Set up simple HR policies and processes that fit a growing creative team
- Be the go-to person for team concerns and conflict resolution

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in HR, with experience at a production house, agency, studio or media company
- Comfortable managing a mix of full time staff and freelancers
- Organised, discreet and good with people
- Working knowledge of Indian employment basics (contracts, PF/ESI, leave policies)
