4-9 years of experience

-Demonstrates expert abilities and/or a proven record of success in developing independently new market-differentiated Guidewire solutions and leading proposal development efforts; Lead Developer in these positions should be capable of delivering Advisory-level work and be able to discuss future enhancements in Guidewire roadmap discussions with the client;

-With a focus on AES, demonstrates expert abilities assisting clients in the support of Guidewire Suite solutions and improving business processes; and taking a proactive approach to quality;

-Demonstrates expert abilities developing solutions based on common issues facing clients in all lines of the P&C; Industries (e.g., Auto, Home, Commercial, Workman’s Comp, etc.).

-Demonstrates expert abilities identifying and addressing client needs by: Developing and sustaining impactful client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential recent service opportunities; Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and, Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;





- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics
- At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
- Demonstrating Guidewire integration development across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
- Applying Scrum methods while managing assigned workstreams and deliverables
- Translating complex technical concepts into client-ready solutions
- Mentoring junior team members while reviewing assigned work tasks
- Adapting to changing priorities through analytical thinking and learning agility
