Role Description The Hiring BFSI / NBFC Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for Banking, Financial Services, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) teams, covering products, processes, regulatory guidelines, and customer service standards. The trainer will conduct classroom and small-group sessions, prepare learning materials, case studies, and assessments, and ensure training content is aligned with current industry practices and organizational goals.

Daily responsibilities include evaluating participant performance, providing feedback and coaching,



coordinating with HR and business leaders for training schedules, and tracking training outcomes and improvement areas. The role may also involve supporting hiring drives by assessing candidate readiness and contributing to onboarding training for new hires.

Qualifications

- Strong domain knowledge of BFSI and NBFC operations, products, compliance, and industry regulations, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in corporate training, facilitation, and curriculum design, including creating structured training modules, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and provide constructive feedback.
- Skills in training needs analysis, program evaluation, and reporting, including tracking learning outcomes and recommending improvements.
- Comfort with using digital tools for content creation and delivery, such as LMS platforms, slide design tools, and basic data handling for training metrics.
- Prior experience in BFSI / NBFC roles (operations, sales, collections, customer service, or compliance) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in training, learning and development, or BFSI domains are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple training batches, and collaborate effectively with HR, business stakeholders, and external partners.
