Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for Hound Mobility’s on-site team in Kochi. This full-time on-site role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The role includes supporting leadership with workforce planning, facilitating training and development programs, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s mission.





The Human Resources

Manager will handle grievance resolution, maintain HR documentation and HRIS data, and regularly collaborate with operations and management to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with a focus on fairness and respect.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to the Indian context, especially Kerala.
- Ability to manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations, including HRIS and employee records.
- Skills in designing and facilitating training, development, and engagement initiatives for diverse teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in mobility, transportation, or service-oriented industries.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and supporting shift-based and field staff operations.
