About the Role

This is a technical evaluation and quality assessment role, not a software development position.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern programming technologies, software development practices, and industry standards to evaluate freelancers' technical expertise, portfolios, and professional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate freelancers' technical skills, portfolios, professional experience, and quality of work.
- Review projects across various Programming & Tech categories, including website development, software development, mobile applications, and related technologies.
- Assess technical proficiency, implementation quality, complexity, and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct objective evaluations based on predefined quality criteria and assessment guidelines.
- Identify technical strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies in submitted work.
- Document evaluation findings accurately and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal evaluation and quality assurance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of skilled experience in Full Stack Development or a related technical field.




- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and backend technologies.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, software architecture, and development workflows.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
- Ability to analyze and assess technical projects without necessarily writing code.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
- Good written communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, mobile application development, or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
- Experience in technical quality assurance, code review, or project evaluation.
- Understanding of freelance marketplaces, particularly Fiverr.
