Role Description The Food Preparation Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines. The worker supports cooking and assembly of bowls, wraps, and other menu items while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Daily tasks include setting up prep stations, labeling and storing ingredients, assisting with basic food service,



and keeping work areas clean and organized. The role also requires collaborating with kitchen team members and responding to guest requests in a courteous, efficient manner when needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Food Preparation tasks, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients accurately.
- Basic Cooking skills and familiarity with standardized recipes, kitchen tools, and safe operating procedures.
- Experience in Food Service operations, such as supporting kitchen workflows and maintaining cleanliness.
- Strong Customer Service skills when interacting with guests and supporting front-of-house teams.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage hygiene standards and secure handling practices.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or commercial kitchen is preferred but not required.
