The Finance Manager role at Sizzle Properties Pvt Ltd is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's finance operations, vendor payments, banking transactions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and project wise accounting. The role ensures timely payments, accurate financial records, effective cash flow management, and compliance with company policies across multiple real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor payments and accounts payable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vendor payment schedules.
- Process vendor payments through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and other online banking modes.
- Execute one-on-one bank transfers through corporate banking portals.
- Maintain vendor-wise payment records, UTR details, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management for payment approvals and supporting documents.
- Prepare vendor ageing reports, payable statements, and liability reports.
- Monitor project-wise expenditures, vendor commitments, and payment schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Prepare project-wise cost reports, budget vs. actual expenditure reports, and cash flow reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and fund management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Supervise and guide the Accounts team to ensure timely and accurate execution of financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal financial controls.
- Qualifications • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
- Experience • 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector preferred.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
