Job DescriptionWorkunoo is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-orientated field executive to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to interact with business owners, HR professionals, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies, corporate offices, and potential clients to introduce Workunoo's AI-powered hiring platform.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with HR managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate platform features and explain recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate client onboarding, follow-ups, and business meetings.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a professional appearance.
- Comfortable travelling locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
