Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end policy issuance for assigned pending cases & Billdesk payment collected cases.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and query resolution
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, operations and other internal teams for seamless delivery
- Maintain & timely publish accurate MIS of pendency, Billdesk collected, 1UP pending cases report etc.
- Robust operational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and customer service orientation.

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

- Graduate in Sales and Marketing

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

- Expert in MIS Excel
- Health Insurance domain Knowledge
