- Source Affordable Housing Loan customers through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual home loan disbursement targets.
- Identify potential markets and develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Generate leads through builders, brokers, DSAs, and customer references.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business generation.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
- Guide customers through the home loan application process.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Cross-sell insurance and other financial products where applicable.
Credit & Documentation Support
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster loan approvals.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan applications.
- Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor customer repayments and portfolio health.
- Follow up on pending documentation and disbursement requirements.
- Support collections team in controlling delinquency within the assigned portfolio.
