Education : DME / DEEE

Industry : Mining Industry ( Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers , Graders Cranes )

Location : Kancheepuram

Experience : 12 yrs.

Grade : S3 -M1-A

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Primary :

- Monitoring the availability of parts and planning for procurement of parts for execution of repair works
- Co-ordination with CWH for availability of parts on time for invoicing

- Responsible for ordering parts, arrange for invoicing, dispatch, OS review
- Service parts ordering, planning, optimizing, procuring & monitoring across PAN India
- Maintaining Inventories at optimum levels by achieving KPI goals
- Maintaining stocks levels ( safety, Min & Max levels ) at all locations




- Analyzing & Monitoring MRP run on regular basis at PAN India Level

Secondary

1. Inventory control of all the plants
2. Physical verification of parts on regular basis

Good Material Management skills

Knowledge in SAP ( SD & MM ) minimum as core team level
